Dante is a 6 yr old male, nice handsome boy with gold eyes. Friendly & sweet personality, is okay with cat-friendly dogs and would make a nice addition to your family. He's not real fond of other cats. He's waiting for his forever home!
We started our journey back in 1993 - rescuring, rehabilitating and finding loving permanent homes for homeless and abandoned animals in our community. We are a no-kill, all volunteer, non-profit animal rescue group serving Northern Westchester County in NY. We average around 40 volunteers who do everything from cleaning and feeding, fostering, adoptions, fundraising, running our thrift shop and more. Our orphans come to us in many ways - someone has strays in their backyard, a neighbor has moved away and abandoned their animal, an owner has passed away or needs to move to a nursing home, a family member is highly allergic - LOA will take them in and provide vet care and fostering until a loving home can be found. Volunteers needed! Clean/feed volunteers are needed at Petsmart in the Cortlandt Town Center, Mohegan Lake, cleaning and feeding our orphans - weekday and weekends.
